Our Goal at BHFO is to offer 5-Star Service! If you do not feel that we deserve
5-Stars please contact us before leaving feedback.
Have questions or comments? We would be happy to hear from you! We are dedicated
to our customers and feel you should receive the personal attention you deserve.
We typically reply to e-mail with 24 hours during normal business hours.
BHFO will gladly offer returns for all items for STORE CREDIT! Items must be returned
within 14 days of purchase in original, unused condition. You will receive a Promo
Code for store credit good for 90 days for the cost of the merchandise less all
shipping costs.
We sell many department store brands and all brands fit differently. For more specific
info on sizing we encourage you to visit the manufacturer's website before purchase.
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to provide specific measurements
or answer specific questions regarding our items. Since are prices are SO LOW, if
it doesn’t fit you, it will probably fit someone you know so you can donate or resell
it and still feel great about your purchase. Or, you now have the great option to
return unwanted items for store credit toward another purchase!
Our Return Policy guidelines are as follows:
- Please print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you are
returning. This form must be completely filled out and included with the returned
package.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition with 14 business days. If there are
any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you.
- When we receive your package we will process the return within 10 business days.
You will receive a store credit promo code for the purchase price less all shipping
costs to be used toward another purchase. Code is valid for 90 days from issue date.
